When I’m not eating or studying nutrition, I might be found running the roads of  Boston’s suburbs. Eating The Week isn’t a running blog, but I occasionally pipe up here about my exploits putting one foot in front of the other.

Hard to tell which one I am, right?

Here are links to some of those posts:

  • In early 2012, I’m blogging weekly about my training for the Cox Providence Rhode Races marathon as one of their Rhode Scholars (5 bloggers chosen to get a free race registration). Those posts are here.
  • I’ve run & blogged about two half marathons: the Cox Rhode Races half in May 2011, and Amica Newport in October 2011.
  • Many people reach my blog looking for information on what to eat before, during or after a half marathon. This post summarizes what I planned (and did) before Newport.
While it’s not an official ETW post, my running-related board on Pinterest may also be of interest.

My son Miles, me & Andrew after finishing the Newport halfathon.
