Running

When I’m not eating or studying nutrition, I might be found running the roads of  Boston’s suburbs. Eating The Week isn’t a running blog, but I occasionally pipe up here about my exploits putting one foot in front of the other.

  • Many people reach my blog looking for information on what to eat before, during or after a half marathon. This post summarizes what I planned (and did) before Newport.
